Fitness & Weight Loss Clinics
Tell Me More
The National Personal Training Institute has developed a Fitness and Weight Management Clinic that is based on current scientifically sound knowledge and guidelines on nutrition and physical fitness. Our clinic structure will manage your weight and tone your body. By attending our clinic, you will learn the lifestyle changes in nutrition and exercise necessary to get the body you’ve always wanted and we will work with you one on one to implement these changes. Phase I
Phase I / Where are you today; What are Your Goals; How Fast Can You Get There?
Phase I is the “Assessment” Phase. You will be asked basic questions that define the parameters of the clinic most compatible with you. You will be asked questions like:
- How many days / hours per week can you commit to?
- What are your medical limitations?
- What are your goals relative to weight loss? Toning? Overall fitness?
- What motivates you to achieve this goal (or these goals)?
- What is the best financing plan for the 3-month / 6-month / 12-month program?
- What weight loss programs have you tried in the past? Why did they fail?
- What makes up your diet / nutrition intake today? What needs to change?
- What makes up your daily exercise / activity level today? What needs to change?
Phase I includes specific, objective tests and measurements using proven (not the latest “fad”) state-of-the-art technology, processes and tools:
- Height / weight / girth measurements.
- “Before” photographs.
- Strength, Flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness tests.
- Metabolism tests.
Phase II
Phase II / Planning to Succeed
“Failing to Plan is Planning to Fail” … so let’s make a plan.
- Make a plan to change your current eating habits … within reason.
- Make a plan to change your current activity level / exercise regimen.
- Make a plan to reduce the likelihood of future, lifestyle related illnesses.
- Make a plan to achieve minor goals along the way to the major goals … “I will lose 10 pounds by this date” … “I will walk 30 minutes a day by this date” …
- … and most importantly, make a plan to measure and monitor success / failure with the plan(s) and their relative critical success factors.
Phase III
Phase III / Just Do it … execute the plan.
“Vision without Action is a Daydream” ... so let’s make it happen.
- An NPTI assigned weight management counselor meets with you three times a week … following through on the plan created in Phase II.
- Work begins … activity is recorded … you see yourself accomplishing the “mini-goals” identified in Phase II. Counselor and client closely monitor and measure the road to success.
- Specific measurement tools are incorporated allowing the client to see strengths, weaknesses, progress and / or required course corrections … daily food intake, recommended supplementation; changes in exercise routine.
Phase IV
Phase IV / Goal Accomplishment … and Independence
Upon completion of the clinic, you and the NPTI counselor examine the journey from where you “were” weeks and weeks ago where you “are” today. Lots of well-planned, hard work is behind you. Now the question you ask yourself is, “How do I maintain SUCCESS?”
- How do I fight off the urge to go back to my old ways and habits?
- How do I gain the support of my family? Friends? Co-workers?
- What NPTI tools, technology, and processes can I continue to use to maintain continued success?
- Who at NPTI can I talk to if I start to slip? Who can I talk to if I want to make another quantum leap into yet another major gain in fitness and weight management success?
- Photographs … the “after” pictures.
Imagine the moment when you and your NPTI counselor are writing this phrase across the front of the “before” pictures taken earlier … “Never Again”… written with confidence … because NPTI didn’t just help you lose weight, The National Personal Training Institute TAUGHT you how to lose weight and TAUGHT you how to be healthy … for the rest of your life. What would you expect? We train the trainers.
Say “goodbye” to fad diets, to poor food choices, to low personal energy, and health risks. Say "hello" to the new you!
